I brought in an old wire recording and they were able to convert it to an audio file. I was impressed that they were able to convert the file even though the recording was made over 60 years ago

My first tapes I converted to dvd was awesome just waiting on my aunt to remember where she hid tapes of my grandparents anniversary

I took in old film reels from the 1940's. The films are interesting personal glimpses of family history. Envision handled everything with care and caution. (Sorry to the poor woman who opened the one reel and the vinegar smell was so strong!) A good experience all around.
