This local business is an excellent professional alternative to "Legacy Box", for scanning your old 35mm slides into digital files. I've used them twice already and both times had a great experience. They are about an hour drive from me, located in Hasbrouck NJ, near Hackensack. They also have drop off stations. The first time I drove there to make sure they were legitimate business and to meet the person I would follow up with. Linda is their representative and she was helpful guiding me through their process, and pricing. .95 to scan a slide. If they’re organized in slide boxes facing up, then take 40% off. To convert them into digital files add $20 + $19 for the flash drive or they can send you a link by email to download your digital photo files for no extra cost.The second time I used them I just called Linda up and made the arrangements on the phone. I mailed her my slides, and she mails them back to me, for a charge of course.

I was very impressed with Envision Video Services’ professional and friendly service. I had four 3/4 inch U-Matic tapes from 1977 that I wanted transferred to a digital format and onto a thumb drive. I dealt with Linda who was absolutely lovely! I received an email one week after dropping off the tapes, letting me know the work was completed. I arranged to have the original tapes and thumb drive mailed to me, which I very much appreciated! Linda also emailed a drop box link to me of all four tapes. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the transfers couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Envision Video Services.
