Envision Video Services: Saving Precious memories for a Lifetime

“I find this a very rewarding job,” Peter Gallo said. “It’s more than just converting films and tapes, it’s saving people’s memories forever. This isn’t a walk in business. When people come to see me they have a specific project in mind and it is our job to make that idea a reality. We try to make it an ever-lasting memory.”

As the owner of Envision Video Services, Peter has been taking people’s memories and reshaping these films, DVDs and tapes into a finished product that can be presented as a heart-warming gift.

“It is a way to preserve a moment in time. By watching these, the customer stills sees themselves as a child or sees a deceased parent or grandparent interacting with the family. It is a step back in time. We bring back those times to the recipient,” said Peter, “and it becomes a very personal service.”

Envision Video Produces Video Honoring Veterans of Heritage Pointe

Heritage Pointe of Teaneck, a full-service rental retirement community, held an intimate, yet largely attended ceremony for its veteran residents on Thursday.

In all, 18 military veterans were honored for their 53 years of combined service to their country.

The ceremony began with a packed room of nearly 40 other residents who came to listen to war stories and watch a 20-minute film that featured six of the 18 veterans in attendance.

The video, which was edited down from six hours of taped interviews, was filmed by Peter Gallo of Envision Video Services with the assistance of Barbara Gooding of Lore to Legacy LLC. Gallo and Gooding did this project voluntarily as a gift back to the residents.
